About the Course:
This course is based on Chapters 1-3 of Donna Eden’s revised book Energy Medicine (2008), and the DVD Introduction to Energy Medicine. The Introduction to Energy Medicine program provides an overview of the basic principles and procedures used in Energy Medicine. The lively DVD covers the foundational concepts of the relationship between energy and the body, methods for identifying and assessing these energies, and a collection of basic energy balancing techniques to promote well-being and reprogram the body’s responses to stress. It is backed with the conceptual overview provided by the book. The course is designed for individuals who are interested in enhancing their own well-being as well as for health care professionals seeking to broaden their skills by introducing an energy perspective to their practices.

About the Authors:
Donna Eden, able from childhood to clairvoyantly see the body’s subtle energies, has emerged as one of the world’s foremost healers and a master teacher of energy medicine. Dr. Feinstein is a clinical psychologist who has done pioneering work in the areas of personal mythology and energy psychology. His multi-media Energy Psychology Interactive self-study training program was a recipient of the Outstanding Contribution Award from the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, and the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology.
